The Suiyang Beishan Martyrs' Monument is a classic red tourism destination.

The Suiyang Beishan Martyrs' Monument is situated within the Beishan Martyrs' Cemetery at the Third Residents' Committee in Suiyang Town, Dongning County, Mudanjiang City. It lies at GPS coordinates 44°25'42.0"N, 130°52'37.0"E, at an altitude of 110 meters, with the surrounding terrain reaching up to 383 meters. The cemetery is rectangular in shape, measuring 70 meters from east to west, 20 meters from north to south, and covering an area of 1,400 square meters. The main entrance of the cemetery faces south, and it is the final resting place of 18 revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War. The martyrs’ graves are arranged from east to west, among which only four are marked graves of identified martyrs, while the rest are unmarked. The four identified graves belong to Wei Shaowu, the former county magistrate of Suiyang County, who was killed by bandits during the Liberation War, along with his family of four and Public Security Bureau Chief Yu Youmin. Wei Shaowu and his wife Wu Shulan are buried together in the center, with their eldest son Wei Hongxing’s grave to the east and Yu Youmin’s grave to the west. All four marked graves are constructed of brick and concrete, with cement finishes. The gravestones stand on the southern side of each grave, but the inscriptions have become blurred over time. The other graves are earthen mounds. The cemetery is surrounded by secondary forest, creating a solemn and respectful atmosphere. The Suiyang Beishan Martyrs' Cemetery serves as an important site for patriotism and revolutionary tradition education in Dongning County.

In 2005, the Suiyang Beishan Martyrs' Monument was designated as a patriotism education base.
