There are three flavors: the classic “White Cap Milk Tea” based on black tea, “Black Cap Oat Milk” made from whole oats, and the occasional “Matcha Milk” with a matcha flavor. Prices are NT$35, NT$45, and NT$55 respectively, with all ingredients being 100% made in Taiwan. Since each bottle of milk tea is hand-shaken and the processes of brewing, resting, and preparation are time-consuming, the owner insists on not mass-producing to maintain quality, selling only 300 bottles per day.
