Laoheshan Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination.

Laoheshan Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is located on the northern hillside of Laoheshan Town, Dongning County, Mudanjiang City. Established after the founding of the People's Republic of China by the Laoheshan Town government, it commemorates martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the War of Resistance against Japan, the Liberation War, and the Korean War. The Laoheshan Revolutionary Martyrs Monument was originally built in 1946, but after more than 40 years of weathering, the monument body was severely damaged. In 2007, the Laoheshan Town government raised over 180,000 yuan to rebuild the revolutionary martyrs’ cemetery. After the reconstruction, there is one monument and 12 martyrs’ tombs. The front of the monument is inscribed with: Revolutionary Martyrs Monument. The back reads: During the War of Resistance and the Liberation War, revolutionary predecessors represented by Li Qingtian laid down their lives here. Yellow earth buries loyal bones, Black Mountain extols heroic spirits. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army, the people of this old revolutionary base specially erected this monument to inspire future generations to carry forward the martyrs’ legacy and strive to build a better homeland.
