Caojiatun Site
The Caojiatun Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jilin Province.
The Caojiatun Site is located in Caojia Village, Baoshou Town, Yushu City, Changchun, and is classified as an ancient site dating back to the Liao and Jin dynasties.
The Caojiatun Site is a provincial-level cultural heritage protection unit in the seventh batch.
Baoshou Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Yushu City. Established as Baoshou Township in 1956, converted to a commune in 1958, reinstated as a township in 1983, and upgraded to a town in 1992. It is located in the southern part of the city, 22 kilometers from the municipal government, covering an area of 160 square kilometers with a population of 37,000. The town government is headquartered in Bao Shoutun. It is the starting point of the Baoshou–Dapu Highway, and the Yushu–Shulan Highway passes through the area. The town administers 14 village committees: Baoshou, Dongfeng, Changqing, Tuanshan, Niuja, Zhuda, Hongqi, Yuejin, Nanshan, Zhaojia, Xujia, Daxie, Kaohé, and Xinhe, as well as 7 residential communities: Xinfeng, Changhe, Fuqiang, Shengli, Shuangshan, Yongle, and Yong’an...
