Deep in the dense forest, surrounded by ancient trees, lies a thousand-year-old castle hidden within. Through thorny underbrush and twisted, oddly shaped plants, you arrive at this cursed castle.

A mysterious force dominates everything — eerie shrieks and indistinguishable animal-like cries fill the air. Oh no, danger lurks everywhere, and your heart sinks. Be careful, and remember to protect the person beside you — it’s time to face the test. As you venture deeper into the castle, countless glowing green eyes watch you. Suddenly, a chill runs down your spine from behind, and something invisible drags at your feet, leaving you defenseless as you desperately try to escape this dreadful place.

"Ghost Castle" officially debuted during the first "Pear Pressure Festival" over the Qingming holiday. The creative team behind the upgraded Ghost Castle at Changying Century City drew inspiration from many of the world’s top horror haunted houses while unleashing immense imagination and creativity. From the moment visitors enter "Ghost Castle," they are thrust directly into the filming mode prepared by the “Hell Cinema.” The mummy that has slept for a thousand years opens its parched eyes, climbs out of its coffin, and seizes intruders who dare to enter forbidden grounds; vampires, long parched and impatient, eagerly await the arrival of their “food”; and the mystery of the ancient castle, hidden for millennia, finally comes to light.

The upgraded Ghost Castle adds five brand-new sections: "Hell Cinema," "Saw Horror," "Mummy Resurrection," "Terror Sarcophagus," and "Vampire Chamber," taking the scare factor up to five stars. Here, visitors can experience spine-tingling chills, goosebumps, hair-raising scares, and trembling legs.

In addition, Changying Century City’s multi-screen special theater, IMAX cinema, the “Zombie Hospital” themed attraction, and summer evening events will all be rolled out this year.
