Beiguan Park, also known as Lancheng Park, is located along the northeastern coast of Taiwan, in Gengxin Village, Toucheng Township. Its southern end features Nan Guan, forming a pair that serves as the gateway to the Lan Yang region. It is a scenic seaside park rich in diverse landscapes.

Beiguan was originally a checkpoint during the Qing Dynasty. During the Jiaqing era, the Qing government deemed this strategic location ideal for preventing bandits from entering Yilan and petitioned to establish a stationed military post here. The park houses two ancient cannons, said to be historical artifacts cast during the Qing Dynasty's Jiaqing period.

The park features naturally formed rock formations such as monoliths, tofu rocks, and small capes, all shaped by millions of years of erosion. These dramatic stone landscapes are considered unique to Taiwan’s eastern coast.

Among the towering boulders and rugged hills, the park includes stairways, walking paths, and ocean-view pavilions, showcasing the area’s unique coastal wonders at every turn.
