Liuyang Reservoir is located on the upper reaches of the Futai River, a tributary of the Huifa River, in Liuyang Village, Futai Town. It lies along the tourist route from Panshi City — Guanma Karst Cave — Lotus Mountain Forest Park. In 1993, Liuyang Reservoir began developing tourism, gradually increasing its investment in tourism infrastructure. By 2003, cumulative investments had exceeded 2 million yuan. The site now features a guesthouse, restaurant, dance hall, private rooms, swimming pool, over ten cruise boats, two pavilions, several stone tables, two sports courts, a billiards room, table tennis room, and electronic shooting facilities. The accommodation and dining facilities can host up to 100 guests overnight and serve 200 people simultaneously. The annual revenue is around 500,000 yuan.
