Located in Jichang Village, Jichang Town, Panshi City, covering an area of approximately 2 square kilometers. It belongs to the Xituanshan cultural type. From 1976 to the present, two surveys and one excavation have been conducted, yielding a large number of cultural relics. The tomb structures are all rectangular vertical pit earth-chamber stone coffin tombs, featuring four types of tomb forms. It is a typical site for studying the production structure of the Bronze Age.

Jichang Town: Jichang Town is located in the northwest of Panshi City, at the junction of Shuangyang District, Yitong County, and Panshi City. It is 12.5 kilometers from the Mingcheng Railway Line, with the Mingshuang Highway running through the town. It is a hilly area with gray-brown soil. The total area of the town is 367 square kilometers, governing 32 administrative villages, one community, and 103 natural hamlets. The town has a population of 45,560, comprising 8 ethnic groups including Han, Korean, Manchu, and Hui, among which the Han ethnic group accounts for the majority, about 90.4%.
