The Xiaozhuang Ancestral Mausoleum Tourist Area is located in Changshan Town, Qianguo County, 35 kilometers from the city center, covering an area of 2.2 square kilometers. It centers around the Xiaozhuang Ancestral Mausoleum Exhibition Hall on the east side, features a boating entertainment area to the west, a Suzhou-style garden area to the south, a go-karting zone and fishing platform to the north, and an artificial lake in the middle. The unique pavilions, terraces, bridges, flowing water, and lotus-filled ponds typical of southern Chinese gardens can all be seen here. The entire garden harmoniously blends classic elegance with modern style. The highlight is the Xiaozhuang Ancestral Mausoleum Exhibition Hall, which adopts the traditional courtyard architectural style. Three exhibition rooms and the entrance gate are connected by a single-sided corridor. The main hall displays the life chronicles of Empress Xiaozhuang. The west hall presents a documentary of the Xiaozhuang Ancestral Mausoleum, while the east hall showcases its legendary tales and local folklore. The hall houses one of the province’s largest ancient stone steles, the “Stele of the Posthumously Honored Prince Zhong and His Virtuous Consort,” commonly known as the “Kuli Stele.” This provincial-level key protected cultural relic has stood for over 350 years and is one of the most massive, finely carved, and artistically refined Qing Dynasty stone tablets still existing in Jilin Province. It also serves as historical evidence of the marriage alliance between the Qing imperial family and the Khorchin Mongol tribe, boasting high artistic and archaeological value. Outside the hall, there is also a recently unearthed horse-tying stone, dating back more than 360 years.

Changshan Town: Established in 1980, Changshan Town governs 6 administrative villages, 28 production teams, 3 subdistrict offices, and 33 neighborhood committees. It has a total population of 38,441, including 29,035 urban residents and 9,406 agricultural residents. The town covers an area of 59.5 square kilometers, with an urban area of 4.17 square kilometers and cultivated land spanning 1,864 hectares. Three major state-owned enterprises—the Changshan Thermal Power Plant, Changshan Fertilizer Plant, and Jilin Oilfield Xinli Oil Extraction Plant—are located within the town.
