History: The Dongliao County Museum was established in 2010, initially using two offices borrowed from the library as the museum's office space, with a building area of just over 40 square meters. In 2012, the Dongliao County Museum moved to the first floor of the Dongliao County Cultural and Sports Activity Center and was renamed the Dongliao County Folk Museum. The museum building covers an area of 2,600 square meters, with an exhibition area of 800 square meters, housing 15,600 folk exhibits, including 2 national third-grade cultural relics. It officially opened to the public in September 2012.
