Xiangyun Eco-Resort is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Xiangyun Eco-Resort is located in Wumingtun Village, Fengbeibu Township, Faku County. The resort lies in the southwest of Faku County and the northeast suburbs of Shenyang City, 30 kilometers from the county center, 19 kilometers from Tiefa urban area, and 69 kilometers from downtown Shenyang. It is one of the eco-resorts established by our company based on the concept of integrating ecological agriculture with tourism. Currently, the TV drama "Jiu Jiu" (originally titled "Love in Late Autumn"), directed by Zhang Huizhong, and the TV series "Riverside New Village", directed by Wang Xiaoxi, are being filmed here.

Xiangyun Eco-Resort was established in September 2012. The resort features a farming landscape characterized by picturesque mountains and clear waters, fruit-laden hills, leaping fish and chirping birds, vast lotus ponds, pavilions and bamboo shelters, as well as sprawling banana and sugarcane plantations. On one hand, it fulfills the green dreams of many urban dwellers, and on the other, it enriches China’s ecotourism offerings with the unique charm of agricultural ecology. It also plays a positive role in enhancing the cognitive abilities, hands-on skills, and enthusiasm for labor among children living in the internet age. The resort offers a variety of eco-agricultural tourism projects, including pastoral-style villas, eco-resort hotels, leisure and entertainment centers, agritainment, log cabin bars, water recreation and fishing areas, visitor centers, traditional courtyard houses, and 36 shops.

1. Pastoral-Style Villas: Comprising 18 villas with a total construction area of over 2,700 square meters, they can accommodate 200 guests simultaneously. The interior is serene and simply designed, with 24-hour hot water, private bathrooms fully equipped with toiletries, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Each room includes a leisure chess and card room, and the cozy, comfortable mid-to-high-end guest rooms are fully furnished, offering a homely feel.

2. Eco-Resort Hotel: The hotel can host small and medium-sized gatherings, large events, and major conferences. It is also equipped with various sports facilities and karaoke rooms, integrating business activities, dining, entertainment, tourism, and leisure. The interior features a simple and fashionable design, blended with the freehand style of Chinese culture. The first-floor banquet hall is spacious and bright, accentuated by Thai-style square chandeliers that enhance its grandeur. Each pillar in the hall is adorned with calligraphy and paintings left by literati, creating a rich cultural ambiance. The second-floor leisure area offers a variety of sports and entertainment facilities for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the second-floor leisure terrace is furnished with numerous rattan chairs, making it a perfect spot to soak up the sun, admire the scenic views, and savor life.

3. Leisure Entertainment Center: A multifunctional activity center combining meeting rooms, leisure tea bars, KTV, and chess and card rooms. The building has three floors, covering an area of 2,100 square meters, with each floor featuring a distinct style. The first-floor main meeting room spans 700 square meters and can accommodate 400 people for business meetings. The second floor is dominated by Chinese red rosewood furniture and offers leisure and entertainment options such as a business tea bar, KTV, and chess and card rooms. The third floor features a Southeast Asian-style business area with one medium-sized meeting room and two small ones. Wooden decorative shelves and a ceiling designed with traditional Thai architectural elements, paired with warm-toned ornaments, create a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.

4. Agritainment: The flower viewing base includes 20 flower solar greenhouses, featuring over 20 varieties of exotic flowers. The fresh fruit picking area has been expanded to 520 acres. The flower greenhouse base includes 50 greenhouses, covering 300 acres. The agricultural practice base includes 30 solar greenhouses. A 1,000-acre vineyard has been developed, along with 10 solar greenhouses. A 50-acre plot has been planned as a new fruit variety experimental base. The introduction, demonstration, and promotion of new varieties and technologies for aquatic products, flowers, fruit trees, and vegetables are underway. A pollution-free agricultural product testing lab has been established to ensure all produce meets pollution-free standards.

5. Log Cabin Bar: Covering an area of 1,000 square meters, the bar features a uniquely comfortable space design, captivating music, and warm, sincere service, creating a distinctive experience. Here, only the old-fashioned music from the front desk gramophone and the quietly attentive staff accompany you—no distractions, no interruptions. In this retreat, choose your favorite drink or perhaps a warm cup of coffee, and let both body and mind be uplifted.

6. Water Recreation and Fishing Area: Spanning 160 acres, the water recreation and fishing area includes 50 acres of developed water surface. Nestled by mountains and water, it brings you close to the "home of nature." The fishing park is stocked year-round with carp, silver carp, grass carp, and crucian carp. Here, you can feel the willow leaves brush against your clothes, the gentle breeze caress your cheeks, and look up to see sunlight filled with hope.

7. Visitor Center: The first floor features a small bar where the counter blends seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings. The luxurious equipment, dazzling light effects, dynamic music, and high-quality sound system from the special Tannoy audio brand create a sensory impact that inspires you to let loose. The second floor offers exquisite suites, with all facilities prioritizing comfort. The rooms are simple and cozy, equipped with air conditioning, desks, satellite TV, private showers and bathtubs, free WiFi, and surrounded by spacious floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the fresh, natural scenery, water views, and a gentle breeze, bringing tranquility to the soul.

8. Courtyard House: This traditional Beijing-style courtyard house covers a total area of 400 square meters. Its unique layout features spacious and airy courtyards, with four independent houses connected by covered walkways. From the overall layout to the internal structure and detailed decorations, the courtyard embodies the distinctive style of old Beijing. Though primarily a residential building, it carries profound cultural meaning. Here, visitors can enjoy leisure, await expectations, experience surprises and disappointments, and above all, gain perspective on gains and losses while understanding a deeper truth.

9. 36 Shops: Covering a total area of about 500 square meters, these shops offer a variety of tourism and farm products. The range of tourist souvenirs is extensive, including traditional crafts, farm specialty products, modern crafts, calligraphy and paintings, ceramics, and more. These are tailored to different markets such as children and the elderly, awakening visitors' interest in life and value experiences. Purchasing these souvenirs allows visitors to further understand the local customs and unique cultural essence, enhancing the resort's approachability, and providing both physical and spiritual enrichment for visitors.
