Due to overwhelming demand, the Taipei City Government has decided to produce and sell additional practical “Buzz Bags” and “Little Bee Cake Towels,” which were originally made for the flag-raising ceremony on National Day by the Civil Affairs Bureau. These items will go on sale starting October 14 (Wednesday) at the memorial goods center, currently under renovation and offering trial sales, located on the left side of the west entrance of the Taipei City Hall building. Each “Buzz Bag” will be sold for NT$150, and each “Little Bee Cake Towel” for NT$120.

The Taipei City Tourism and Communications Bureau stated that the Buzz Bags for Double Ten National Day are made of nylon, functioning as backpacks, side bags, or shopping bags, and feature a colorful mesh pocket on the lower left corner. They were warmly received by the public on the day of distribution. The Little Bee Cake Towel, shaped like a little bee, also charmed many. To ensure that those who love the Buzz Bags and Little Bee Cake Towels—both locals and tourists—can get their hands on these souvenirs, the Tourism and Communications Bureau will start selling them at the memorial goods center inside Taipei City Hall from October 14 (Wednesday).

The Tourism and Communications Bureau stated that it expects to supply 1,000 Little Bee Cake Towels starting October 14. As for the Buzz Bags, due to production lead time, only 100 will be available for sale starting the 14th, with an additional 900 to be offered for sale starting October 26.
