The top American doughnut brand, Krispy Kreme, currently has all its outlets located in the Greater Taipei area. However, Krispy Kreme is taking its first step southward in October. A trial operation will begin on October 25, with the official opening at Taoyuan HSR Station on October 26. All doughnuts are freshly delivered daily.

In addition to the world’s best-selling Original Glazed doughnut, other bestsellers include the Peanut Butter Glazed, Sea Salt Caramel, and Matcha doughnuts. Krispy Kreme also occasionally launches limited-edition doughnuts during special holidays.

Aside from the Halloween costume promotion running at all outlets on October 28—buy 6, get 6 free; buy 12, get 12 free—fans traveling by high-speed rail can enjoy exclusive benefits. The limited-time event at the Taoyuan HSR branch will run for five days starting October 26. On the opening day, October 26, customers who purchase a box of 6 Original Glazed doughnuts will receive an additional box for free. From October 27 to October 31, visitors to the Taoyuan HSR branch can join the “Where to Go Today – Spin & Win” event, where lucky participants may win a coupon for a box of 12 Original Glazed doughnuts or a combo meal voucher.
