1. Meow Bar Café meow bar
There are five adorable cats in the café, one of which is Huama, the first cat adopted by Meow Bar. Not only can you pet the cats, but there are also plenty of cat toys to play with them！Plus, free Wi-Fi and power outlets are available—the boss won’t kick you out, so you can spend the whole afternoon with these super cute cats！

Located in a lane on Yanji Street, u&活零工坊 is a pet-friendly café and lifestyle space. The outdoor decor has a rustic country vibe, and the blackboard at the entrance lists all the services offered inside. They serve pet meals, and the shop is small, cozy, and also sells animal-themed accessories and postcards. There are currently nine lovely cats in residence.

3. Wild Meow Foster Café
Wild Meow Foster Café was opened by four young women, combining a café with a cat foster home. Unlike typical pet cafés, if you click with any of the resident cats, you can apply to adopt them. These cats are all waiting for their forever homes—come meet your new purr-fect companion！The number of cats can vary as stray cats are often brought in by kind-hearted feeders.

4. Sunny Sky Cat Café
Cat lovers must not miss Sunny Sky Cat Café, a shop filled with adorable and well-behaved cats — you’ll have the chance to get up close and personal with them all. The owner insists on handcrafted food, primarily serving homemade desserts, coffee, afternoon tea, and some light meals. The café’s signature cat — Prince Luoyan — alternates between being cute and cool, playful and energetic, making him extremely endearing.

5. Cat-Travel Cafe & Light Meals
The highly popular Cat-Travel Cafe & Light Meals is a cat-themed café where everything, from the interior design to the desserts and main dishes, is creatively inspired by cats. The café is accompanied by real feline “managers,” and it offers the famous therapeutic 3D cat-shaped coffee — limited to one per table. Its super-cute appearance makes it hard to bear drinking it down.

6. Cat Door Cafe 'Moment'
Created by a couple who won second and third place in a latte art competition, Cat Door Cafe 'Moment' enjoys great popularity in Tainan. When you visit Cat Door, you must try a latte with expertly poured art and taste the owner’s exceptional skills. The café has several adorable resident cats as living mascots, plus various cat-themed decorations — it's a very cozy spot.

One of the highlights of Cats & Giraffes is the feline managers that often come out to patrol the café.
