No need to spend big money traveling to Hokkaido, Japan, to see flowers！Happiness Water Ripple Park in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, is absolutely gorgeous！To create a flower sea as stunning as that of Furano in Hokkaido, Japan, the Greening, Beautification and Landscape Office of New Taipei City Government used 280,000 potted plants such as poinsettias, angelonia, cosmos, petunias, golden dewdrop, and privet in early October to create a rainbow flower sea stretching about 200 meters.
Zhong Juefei, acting director of the Greening, Beautification and Landscape Office, said that the rainbow flower sea is currently at its peak blooming period, but as the flowering season is relatively short—about one month left—everyone is welcome to seize this rare opportunity to go and admire it.
