Last updated 2026-11-09 — Japan’s queue-worthy eatery “Kaneko Hananosuke” is finally opening its tempura specialty store on the 10th at Breeze Taipei Station (Taipei Main Station)! The Taiwanese branch will offer not only the “Edo-style tempura” from its flagship store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, but also two other crowd favorites: “Premium tempura” and “Tempura.” The eel (anago, or conger eel) used in the Edo-style tempura is imported from Japan, and each piece is longer than a palm. As for Kaneko Hananosuke’s signature secret sauce, it is also prepared in Japan and then shipped to Taiwan.
