Some might think Kung Pao Chicken requires complicated ingredients and a tedious process, but by using some ready-made items, you can also stir-fry an amazing Kung Pao Chicken at home in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh meat 450g
Spicy peanuts (with Sichuan peppercorns) – half a bowl
Garlic cloves 5
Minced ginger 1 tsp
Green onions 2 stalks
Dried chili peppers 20
Salt a pinch
Sugar a pinch
Marinade:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Rice wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground pepper a pinch
Cornstarch 2 tsp
Sesame oil a pinch
Method:
1. First, cut the chicken into pieces and mix evenly with the marinade. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and stir-fry until about 70% cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, sauté the white parts of the green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

4. Then add the dried chilies and chicken back to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.

5. Before removing from heat, add the green parts of the green onions, spicy peanuts, and season with appropriate amounts of salt and sugar to taste.

Tips
1. Using ready-made spicy peanuts saves you the trouble of buying peanuts, Sichuan peppercorns, and more.
2. Since the spicy peanuts are already seasoned, adjust the final seasoning to your personal preference.
Salty, fragrant, numbing, and spicy Kung Pao Chicken is this simple. Using ready-made ingredients not only reduces preparation steps and time, but the deliciousness remains unchanged. Everyone, give it a try too.
