Online travel agency EVA Air’s affiliate, Easy Fly Travel, has launched specially curated “Love Travel” packages to Okinawa and Hokkaido tailored for single men and women. The response from consumers has been overwhelmingly positive. The inaugural group departed successfully in early November, receiving strong word-of-mouth recommendations. In December, the Okinawa trip highlights Maeda Point, the filming location of the Korean drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love!” Meanwhile, the Hokkaido tour focuses on departures around Christmas. Easy Fly Travel plans to maintain a monthly departure schedule going forward.

According to a post-tour feedback survey, the top three most satisfying aspects of the “Love Travel” program are: first, the presence of an on-tour host who actively encourages interaction among participants, helping even more introverted travelers engage with the group; second, the inclusion of free time within the itinerary — in Okinawa, there’s a “1-Day In-Depth Exploration of the Okinawa Monorail,” where the team studies the monorail map to discover scenic spots and local eats; in Hokkaido, there’s a “1-Day Free Day in Otaru,” where each group completes romantic-themed photo challenges at designated landmarks; third, evening social activities that help participants identify potential romantic interests.

The original 4-day Okinawa Tokashiki Island itinerary will be replaced with a “Maeda Point” focus during winter. In addition to iconic sea cliffs and beaches, the package includes a visit to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium within the Ocean Expo Park. Travelers can also explore American Village in Kitamachi, browse unique international shops, and stroll along Sunset Beach. Other highlights include a tour of Okinawa World, visiting the Ryukyu Craft Village and a sake brewery, enjoying an EISA taiko drum performance, and exploring Japan’s most beautiful limestone cave — Gyokusendo Cave. Shoppers can also enjoy retail therapy at Ashibinaa Outlet.
