RAW 2015 Christmas Special Set Menu Opens for Reservations on 12/11 – NT$6,860 per Person

With Christmas just around the corner, RAW has launched its 2015 Christmas Special Set Menu. The menu will be available not only on December 24 and 25, but also on December 31, 2015 (the last day of the year) and January 1, 2016. Reservations open at 12:00 noon on December 11. The price is NT$6,860 per person (plus 10% service charge).

As RAW approaches its first birthday, Chef André Chiang will host the “RAW One-Year Anniversary: RAW X Restaurant ANDRE Dining Event” on December 9 and 10. In this collaboration, the teams from Restaurant ANDRE and RAW come together, building on their shared philosophy of respecting the seasons and selecting the finest local ingredients. Though rooted in two distinct identities, the two teams explore different concepts to present diverse interpretations of the ingredients. Even the ingredients used by RAW over the past year are reimagined through the unique ideas brought by both teams, creating a symphony of flavors specially crafted for this dining event.
