Tigerair Taiwan adds two more Japanese cities — Fukuoka on January 28 and Nagoya on January 29

The Taipei Taoyuan–Fukuoka route operated by Tigerair Taiwan will commence on January 28, 2016, with five flights per week. The outbound flight IT240 departs from Taoyuan Airport at 11:45 AM every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The return flight IT241 leaves Fukuoka Airport at 3:50 PM on the same days.

The Taipei Taoyuan–Nagoya route will operate daily starting January 29, 2016. The outbound flight IT206 departs from Taoyuan Airport at 5:20 AM, and the return flight IT207 departs from Nagoya Airport at 9:45 AM. To celebrate the launch, Tigerair Taiwan will offer limited-time promotional fares starting from NT$1,688 (excluding tax) for round trips, with free checked baggage allowance of 20 kg for the outbound journey. The promotion runs from 10:00 AM tomorrow (16th) until 11:59 PM on December 19th, and flights can be booked for travel up to March 26, 2016.

Tigerair Taiwan currently operates flights to three Japanese destinations: Tokyo Narita, Osaka Kansai, and Okinawa Naha. Among these, the Tokyo Narita and Osaka Kansai routes have flights departing from both Taoyuan and Kaohsiung. Additionally, the Taipei Taoyuan–Tokyo Haneda route will begin service this Saturday (19th). By launching the Fukuoka and Nagoya routes next year (2016), Tigerair Taiwan will operate a total of eight round-trip routes between Taiwan and Japan.
