The World’s Coolest Internship Job Is Back – Free Travel Abroad + Weekly Salary of NT$60,000

Following a 24% increase in tourist arrivals to the Marianas Islands in 2014, the region achieved even greater success in 2015, with a remarkable 60% surge in visitor numbers, making it the fastest-growing island holiday destination this year. To enhance Taiwanese travelers’ familiarity with the Marianas, the “World’s Coolest Intern” program is being launched for the third consecutive year. The top three most popular finalists will have the chance to win round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a weekly salary of NT$60,000. They will also get to explore Saipan and participate in a one-week island-hopping tour.

Taiwan Representative of the Marianas Visitors Authority, Tsai Pi-Ju, noted that applications for the “Marianas Intern” are now open, requiring a one-minute (or shorter) self-introduction video. Applicants must be 18 years or older, and even older interns are definitely welcome.
