The “Taiping Cloud Ladder” in Meishan, Chiayi, the longest single-span scenic suspension bridge in Taiwan, has been a hot topic since its opening.The official website announced today (30th) that starting November 1, visitors can purchase unsold tickets for the following day via credit card on the “Taiping Cloud Ladder Ticketing System” website on the day of their visit.Additionally, for those who had reserved the free ticket option, the online reservation process has been simplified and canceled. Visitors can now access the bridge on-site by presenting valid identification.

The Taiping Cloud Ladder officially opened on September 23. Since its inauguration, the timed entry and visitor limit system has proven effective. Although it has caused some inconvenience, it has helped maintain the quality of the visitor experience. In its first month, 54,000 people have walked the cloud ladder. Aside from online ticketing, the Alishan Management Office also began its first collaboration with 7-ELEVEN on October 1, allowing the public to purchase tickets at over 5,000 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosks nationwide.
