The Airbus A350 is renowned as the “most technological, most environmentally friendly, most fuel-efficient, and most spacious” aircraft. Its airframe is made up of 70% advanced materials, including carbon fiber composites and metal alloys such as titanium, which effectively reduce the aircraft’s weight, enhance flight safety, and significantly cut fuel consumption — making it the most fuel-efficient model in the world. China Airlines will introduce 14 of these aircraft, with a cabin design that carries forward the spirit of the new generation while adding creative, youthful, and fashionable elements. Deliveries will begin in July 2016. According to China Airlines, passengers can expect a completely new five-sensory experience.

Additionally, Chen Wei-Yin has been invited to collaborate as the leading figure in promoting the new A350. He introduced the new aircraft at the Taipei City Government’s New Year’s Eve party. Moreover, from now until January 14, 2016, Taiwan’s first-ever 1:50 scale (150*150 cm) full-scale model of the A350 will be on display in the first-floor lobby of the Taipei City Hall. The public can take a close look at the seat arrangement, cabin design, and the beauty of night flights enhanced by lighting effects.
