Universal Studios Japan to Launch Japan’s First “Minion-Themed Room” in April

Since 2015, Universal Studios Japan has offered the Minion Park, which has been a hit with visitors for its parades and adorable popcorn buckets. Recently, the park announced that its “Universal Studios Japan Port Hotel ” will unveil Japan’s first “Minion-Themed Room”, allowing even more guests to enjoy the yellow charm of the Minions.

According to Universal Studios Japan’s plans, the “Minion-Themed Room” features the signature blue and yellow colors often seen on the Minions, including a blue ceiling and bright yellow beds. Minion figures are hidden throughout the room, from mirrors to bathroom walls. The hotel will also offer custom Minion-shaped room keys and key holders, allowing guests to take home a memorable souvenir after check-out.Reservations for this room type are expected to open on January 18.

Additionally, Universal Studios Japan Port Hotel is currently holding a 10th-anniversary celebration, with the reception area already decorated with various Minion elements. These decorations will be on display in the hotel lobby until July 14.
