So cold huh? Taipei’s Shin Yeh’s Park Lane offers lamb hot pot, ginger duck, and chicken stew

From now until January 31, Taipei’s Shin Yeh Hotel’s Park Lane Western Restaurant is launching a winter hot pot feast and medicated cuisine-themed dishes. In addition to the nation's favorite health-boosting hot pot items such as “Clear-Braised Lamb Hot Pot,” “Ginger Duck,” and “Polygonum Multiflorum & Ginseng Chicken Stew,” they will be served in rotation to warm your taste buds.

As winter sets in, it’s the perfect time for nourishing food again. From now until January 31, Taipei’s Shin Yeh Hotel’s Park Lane Western Restaurant is launching a winter hot pot feast and medicated cuisine-themed dishes. In addition to the nation's favorite health-boosting hot pot items such as “Clear-Braised Lamb Hot Pot,” “Ginger Duck,” and “Polygonum Multiflorum & Ginseng Chicken Stew,” they will be served in rotation to warm your taste buds. There are also other highlights such as “Sesame Oil Mushroom & Miyazaki Pork Risotto,” which combines Italian cooking techniques with healthful black sesame oil, and “Red Date Wine-Infused Honey Pear,” inspired by the classic national dessert of red wine poached pears, but enhanced with sweet red dates. Additionally, the cold dishes section features “Medicated Seafood with Seasonal Vegetables,” and “Sesame Oil Drunken Shrimp,” marinated in Chaoshan-style brine and infused with the flavor of Shaoxing wine. Lunch starts at NT$838+10% per person, while dinner starts at NT$880+10% per person.
