Taiwan’s first store for Japan’s popular dessert PABLO’s freshly baked semi-melted cheese tarts created a huge sensation immediately after opening on the 15th, with long queues both at the takeout and dine-in locations. Due to limited ingredients, to ensure all customers enjoy freshly made, high-quality cheese tarts and to allow more people to savor the deliciousness of the semi-melted cheese tarts, the official decision isto limit purchases to 2 tarts per person per visit for takeout, and the daily supply of takeout cheese tarts is 1,000 (including 500 freshly baked semi-melted cheese tarts, 400 freshly baked matcha mochi red bean semi-melted cheese tarts, and 100 gold medal cheese tarts). In addition, the B1 takeout and dine-in stores have temporarily suspended takeout services.
The Japanese No.1 popular brand PABLO, known for its “surprise and happiness-filled” freshly baked semi-melted cheese tarts, uses exclusive recipes and hand-mixed techniques for fresh baking, filling the store with the warm aroma of cheese and attracting a large number of dessert enthusiasts. PABLO’s dreamy dessert, the freshly baked semi-melted cheese tart, features a uniquely developed “semi-melted” baking level, resulting in a rich yet not overly heavy filling that is smooth and velvety—so much so that many in Japan are willing to wait one or two hours just to try it. The freshly baked matcha mochi red bean semi-melted cheese tart is made with imported cheese, Uji matcha powder, red bean paste, and mochi, all hand-mixed. The bitterness of the matcha balances the sweetness of the cheese, paired with the layered, rich textures of the red bean paste and mochi.
