Tainan’s recently viral “Little Fresh Meat Milk Tea” has followed up with “Little Fresh Girl Milk Tea” and now debuted its new creation — the “Moai Drink,” turning the Moai statues of Chile’s Easter Island into drink cans. With grey-colored beverage inside and a transparent can embossed with stone-like patterns, the drink’s appearance almost blends in with a rock when untouched, and it has garnered numerous online inquiries even before its official launch.

%The grey-looking interior actually contains a sesame honey milk drink, named with the affectionate mainland Chinese phrase “mō mō dā” (akin to "muah muah da"), and the exterior design subtly hints at a kissing sensation. Scheduled to go on sale on the first day of the Lunar New Year, February 7th, shop owner Lin Junke said that only 50 bottles will be available daily, with sales starting at 11 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
