When it’s cold, hot pot is a must-have. PappaRich has introduced two authentic Malaysian soup dishes: Kajang Chicken Spicy Soup and Kajang Seafood Spicy Soup, both designed to dispel the chill and dampness, warming you from the inside out. Spicy soup is a famous local delicacy in Kajang, Malaysia.

Kajang is a historic town in Malaysia, nestled between the bustling cities of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. The spicy soup originates from Kajang, a historic town in Malaysia, and is a well-known local dish. In the 1970s and 80s, ethnic Chinese rubber tappers in Kajang would have a bowl of spicy soup before heading to work in the early morning to warm their stomachs.

The spicy soup is made with a base of broth simmered with plenty of white peppercorns, aged ginger, chicken bones, and chicken feet. Fresh local chicken, enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, and preserved mustard greens are added to create the Kajang Chicken Spicy Soup, which is cooked to order. As soon as the lid is lifted, the aroma of the spicy soup wafts through the air. The Kajang Seafood Spicy Soup features real ingredients such as shelled shrimp, mussels, clams, and squid, providing warmth not just for the body but also for the soul.
