On Facebook, there’s a trend of “rant” posts where anonymity allows people to speak bluntly. Some of these heartfelt comments are so raw that you can’t help but accept their truth. According tothe UK Daily Mail, an anonymous app for baggage handlers and airport workers has let them speak their minds. These confessions could be insightful for travelers, revealing what’s really going on behind all those smiles, as well as the tough side of the job.
