Take to the skies with your dreams now—EVA Air hiring 500 new flight attendants this year

To meet the demand of numerous new aircraft deliveries, new route launches, and increased North American flight frequencies this year,EVA Air’s flight attendant headcount will reach 500 by the end of 2016,and the recruitment process will be carried out in multiple phases, with the latest round starting today.

According to EVA Air’s recruitment website, applicants must hold Republic of China nationality, possess a diploma from a domestic or foreign college or university recognized by the Republic of China Ministry of Education (major not restricted), or an overseas diploma certified by an overseas institution. Corrected visual acuity must be at least 0.8, and applicants must meet the airline’s physical standards. In addition, they must have achieved one of the following English proficiency scores: GEPT Intermediate level or above, TOEIC 500 or above, IELTS 4.0 or above, TOEFL iBT 45 or above, TOEFL ITP 450 or above, or BULATS 40 or above.

EVA Air stated that the application period for this recruitment begins today and ends on March 25, 2016. Preliminary interviews and written tests are scheduled for April 16 and 17. The airline did not disclose the salary details for flight attendants after they begin service.
