Michelin-starred chef Yuichi Kamimura from Hokkaido will be the guest chef at the la FESTA Italian Hall of Victoria Hotel for three consecutive days from April 22 to 24, hosting the "Hokkaido Michelin Star Chef Gala Festa." The lunch set includes four courses and one dessert for 2,200 NTD + 10% (wine not included) / 3,200 NTD + 10% (includes three glasses of wine), while the dinner set features seven courses and one dessert for 3,600 NTD + 10% (wine not included) / 4,800 NTD + 10% (includes four glasses of wine). In addition, Chef Kamimura has specially designed a Michelin kids' menu for the joyful, family-friendly atmosphere of la FESTA Italian Hall, priced at 980 NTD + 10%. This will be an unprecedented Michelin meal created specifically for children by a Michelin chef visiting Taiwan.

Having grown up in Hokkaido, Chef Kamimura’s cooking style highlights the use of ingredients grown by local farmers in Niseko. During his residency at the la FESTA Italian Hall of Victoria Hotel, he will combine fresh produce from Taiwanese small-scale farmers with the Mediterranean cuisine concept of la FESTA, using freshly caught seafood to infuse Japanese culinary delicacy into the menu design. The "Hokkaido Michelin Star Chef Gala Festa" menu from April 22 to 24 will feature a wide selection of fresh seafood and Australian 9+ Wagyu to present a beautiful and exquisite culinary art.
