Kids will go wild for this – LEGO’s largest store ever to open in Shanghai in June

According to a report on Lonely Planet’s website, Danish toy giant LEGO has announced it will open its largest LEGO store in the Shanghai Disney Resort in China, a piece of news that has many Asian parents and kids eagerly awaiting.

The new store is expected to cover nearly 1,000 square meters and will feature not only LEGO products but also play areas and large LEGO creations. The official opening date announced so far is June 16.

Besides this location, LEGO has also announced the opening of a LEGO Discovery Centre at “Changfeng Jingban Plaza” in western Shanghai. Though smaller in scale, it will focus on themed exhibits, rides, 3D attractions, and LEGO play zones, and is set to open on April 2.
