Do you love seafood? From now until May 31, Taipei Garden Hotel Hanazono is launching the “"Fish" Meet & Greet” event, featuring imported live seafood from Japan and seasonal coastal seafood, including Japanese bonito, Taitung flying fish, mackerel, and more, with à la carte items starting from NT$150+10%.
Shih Yiming, Chief Operating Officer of the Culinary Operations Department at Tai Cheng Hotel Group, said that the essence of delicious Japanese cuisine primarily comes from fresh ingredients. This event uses daily fresh catches from the fishing port, allowing customers to prepare their dishes in their preferred style, including sashimi, grilled, steamed, or freshly boiled. Recommended dishes include handmade bonito tea towel miso garlic soup, bonito sashimi seafood and vegetable salad, spicy red grilled bonito slices with homemade orange vinegar, flying fish live sashimi, flying fish overnight-dried, dragon beard cheese flying fish tempura, mackerel vinegar marinated nigiri sushi, and mackerel daikon miso stew.
