A snack shop with 30 years of local operation, its signature must-order dish is angelica duck with vermicelli. Established in 1988, this year marks its 30th anniversary.

There is air conditioning indoors, but since the space is open-concept and seats are close to the cooking area, if the weather is hot, you might still sweat after dining inside.

September 2017 menu—sweet potato leaves are grown by the shop owner herself. The duck rice is said to be so delicious that a regular customer had an order stolen off their motorcycle; even thieves have good taste. From now on when taking out, I’ll remember to bring a safe.

Angelica duck with vermicelli—its broth is rich and aromatic without being greasy, with a sweet and lingering aftertaste.

The duck meat is tender, juicy, and not dry, with a delicate texture.

Chicken rice—an old-fashioned classic.

Duck feathers are plucked by hand; wearing gloves shows attention to hygiene, which is a plus.
