For this special guest appearance at Mandarin Oriental Taipei, the executive chef from Fook Lam Moon, Senior Chef Cheung Tak Keung, will be in charge of the kitchen. Also joining from Hong Kong is Fook Lam Moon’s PR and Marketing Director, Mrs. Xu Shuhua, one of the third-generation successors of the restaurant. Mrs. Xu shared that Fook Lam Moon has earned a Michelin star and has been listed in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for four consecutive years in Hong Kong’s highly competitive market mainly due to its commitment to traditional Cantonese cuisine, consistent quality, and attentive service. Every chef at Fook Lam Moon still bases their cooking on the original recipes passed down by the founder, combining them with their own years of culinary experience to craft each dish step by step.
