China Airlines launches a 3-day "Mother's Day Special Flight" to Shizuoka; 158 seats go on sale starting tomorrow

China Airlines' 2016 Mother's Day Special Flight goes on sale tomorrow (12th)! The "Silent Love in Ise. Reverence for a Lifetime" 3-day, 2-night Mother's Day themed flight itinerary will officially go on sale at noon on the 12th of this month on China Airlines' official website. This 3-day, 2-night themed flight departs from Taipei Taoyuan to Shizuoka, Japan on May 6 and returns from Nagoya, Japan to Taipei Taoyuan on May 8, with a limited number of 158 seats.

The 3-day Mother's Day charter flight itinerary not only includes a leisurely visit to the 2016 Hamana Lake Flower Expo — known as the "Flower Capital of Shizuoka" — but also takes travelers to visit Ise Grand Shrine, Japan’s most revered shrine, and the hometown of Maneki-neko (lucky cats), Tokoname City, where participants can create their own lucky cat to pray for good fortune and prosperity for their mothers.

Additionally, travelers can experience staying at the Kintetsu Shima Spain Village Hotel, enjoy Shizuoka tea-flavored meals, savor unlimited fresh oysters delivered straight from the source along with grilled seafood, and indulge in premium wagyu barbecue dinners. Reverence for a Lifetime" 2016 Mother's Day Themed Flight 3-day, 2-night package offers a business class adult ticket for TWD 33,900 and child ticket for TWD 32,900, or an economy class adult ticket for TWD 27,900 and child ticket for TWD 26,900 (all prices exclude tax). Orders open on the official website starting at noon on April 12.
