Menyado Itto Taipei Branch Soft Opening on April 14 and 15 – Limited to 100 People Per Day

One of Tokyo’s popular ramen shops, Menyado Itto, has finally announced the opening date of its first store in Taiwan, and many ramen enthusiasts are ready to taste its delicious offerings. The official Facebook page of Menyado Itto Taiwan also revealed,that a soft opening event will be held on April 14 and 15, with a limit of 100 people per day. Customers will line up on-site, and the event begins at 11:30 AM until all spots are taken.

Menyado Itto ITTO also revealed that the ramen served in-store is made using imported Japanese wheat flour. The noodle-making machine is from the well-known brand Yamato Seimen equipment, with different types of noodles paired according to various broths. In Japan, Menyado Itto is famous for its Rich Seafood Ramen and Rich Seafood Tsukemen, where the broth is made with chicken stock as the base and simmered with five types of seafood ingredients.
