Ichiran Ramen is really coming to Taiwan!! The famous Ichiran Ramen that Taiwanese travelers must try when visiting Japan is reportedly set to open in Taiwan, with plans to launch in Taipei’s Yongkang commercial district in the second half of this year.

As one of the most beloved Japanese ramen shops among Taiwanese travelers, Ichiran is known for its rich pork bone broth with a Kyushu flavor, with its original store located in Fukuoka. Ichiran offers a customized service experience, highlighting how easy it is to enjoy a bowl of ramen even on your own. While Ichiran already has branches in Hong Kong, there have been ongoing rumors about its expansion into Taiwan. According to sources, the first Ichiran Ramen store in Taipei will be located in the Yongkang commercial district and is expected to officially open as early as the second half of this year.
