In late April, the first "Keren Hotel Cup" Zest Sailing Regatta successfully concluded at Keren Hotel in Qiandao Lake. It is reported that a total of 12 teams from around the world participated in this event, including champions from the Optimist World Championship, Asian Games, and National Games. After two days of competition, the "Go for It Team" stood out and claimed the championship.

The event was hosted by Keren Hotel in Qiandao Lake and organized by Wuxi Xinhang Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd. This regatta marked the "maiden voyage" of sailing in Qiandao Lake, a national 5A-level scenic area. Through this competition, the "Keren Hotel Cup" Zest Sailing Regatta will officially be established in Qiandao Lake, aiming to promote the development of local sports and leisure industries and contribute to building a healthy and beautiful Qiandao Lake.

During the two-day competition, the beautiful natural environment and favorable climate conditions of Qiandao Lake received unanimous praise from all parties involved. "The three essential elements for sailing—'people,' 'wind,' and 'water'—are perfectly met here," said Mr. Shi Jiaju from the organizing team at Xinhang Academy. "After these few days of racing, we are full of confidence in the future of the event. Our goal for next year is to have over 50 sailboats participating. We also have long-term plans to make the 'Keren Hotel Cup' a highly influential regatta in China."

As the host and home to the event, Keren Hotel in Qiandao Lake received high praise from participants, event staff, and spectators for its refined facilities, elegant and charming accommodation experience, and thoughtful, top-notch service. The hotel stated: "The values promoted by sailing—focus, confidence, and reconnecting with nature—highly align with Keren’s commitment to respecting nature and pursuing authenticity, which is the very reason we were keen to bring this regatta to life." The hotel also expressed its intention to continue advocating for positive, healthy, and uplifting leisure and lifestyle activities, and will keep supporting similar events in the future.
