1. Jiangshui Hao – Eight-Treasure Ice
Located on Guohua Street, Jiangshui Hao has a history of over 80 years and is now run by the third generation. It’s considered one of the classic summer desserts for locals in Tainan.

2. Jinde Spring Rolls
This 60-year-old spring roll shop is a popular local spot that often has a queue. What makes Jinde special is that after wrapping, they pan-fry the rolls until slightly crispy—delivering an even better texture!

3. Fusheng No. – Bowl Rice Noodles
Next door to Jinde Spring Rolls is this popular Tainan bowl rice noodle spot. It’s located in a historic three-story building and offers a classic Tainan-style bowl rice noodle experience. It’s a must-visit for travelers exploring the alleys of Yongle Market.
