The Westin Taipei - The Regent Taipei launches a premium soup tureen
The Regent Taipei introduces a premium soup tureen priced at NT$18,000. The Liuyuan’s premium single-order takeaway soup: “Supreme Seafood Prosperity Tureen,” serves 8 to 10 people. This “Supreme Seafood Prosperity Tureen” is slow-simmered with tender old hens, ruby-red Jinhua ham, and flat bamboo shoots to create a rich broth. It includes an abundance of premium ingredients such as abalone, shark fin, sea cucumber, fish maw, scallops, tendons, bamboo shoots, pork ribs, and pig trotters—all simmered together for a long time, allowing the essence of the ingredients to fully infuse the broth. The large slices of premium shark fin soak up the rich flavors, resulting in a luxurious yet not greasy taste.
For New Year dish gift boxes, there are two options: the Shanghai-style 【Liuyuan Nafu】and the Beijing-style 【Yiyuan Yingchun】, each priced at NT$9,999 for six servings, including five dishes, one soup, and one dessert.
