It turns out that Fidèle Fidèle has developed a new creative dessert again this time. They’ve taken shaved ice to the next level by using their homemade Fidèle milk snow ice as the base, then adding various fillings and Japanese-style milk foam, creating a triple-texture treat that delivers crunch, softness, and sweetness. A total of five flavors have been launched: Love Cherry Blossoms, Purple Yam Tapioca, Love Green Tea, Beauty Mulberry, and Daiwan Mango.

The shop has included many rare ingredients in these five ice desserts, such as drizzling them with rich cherry blossom sauce, topping them with candied chestnuts, mulberries, cheese, and black sugar sesame decorations. The combinations offer flavors not commonly found, and moreover, Fidèle Fidèle has also created the only “Golden Nest Hidden Bird’s Nest Milk Snow Ice” in Taiwan—milk snow ice covered entirely in gold leaf, which from a distance resembles a little golden mountain. When scooped open with a spoon, one can see premium ingredients like lotus seeds and bird’s nest, drawing many netizens to make a pilgrimage for a taste.

Beyond flavor innovation, the serving vessel was also carefully selected. The shop uses rice-husk-colored Japanese wooden buckets to serve the ice. With the warm color tones, the vibrant ice desserts become even more eye-catching. Thanks to the combination of creative flavors and striking appearances, Fidèle Fidèle has successfully sparked a wave of online buzz.
