The movie "The Fierce Wife" was filmed in a simulated cabin where Chris Wang enjoyed airplane meals

The film version of the idol drama "The Fierce Wife" is set to hit the big screen this August, with the original cast reprising their roles. The production is currently in full swing. To ensure authenticity, the crew specially visited the simulated cabin at China Airlines' Taoyuan campus for on-location shooting. Actor Chris Wang, who plays "Director Lan," along with two China Airlines flight attendants, filmed scenes inside the cabin service area. Chris Wang also took the opportunity to enjoy China Airlines’ exclusive Michelin-level inflight meals, praising them by saying, "Who knew airplane food could be so refined and delicious!"

China Airlines’ simulated cabin is the most important training facility for flight attendants, with all its facilities modeled exactly after a real cabin, allowing actors to more authentically portray the experience of flying. For Chris Wang, filming in a simulated cabin for the first time, he said, "It felt really fresh, and it’s exactly like the real cabin!" In addition to lending the simulated cabin for the shoot, China Airlines also assigned flight attendants Hsiao Ruping and Wang Chia-chieh to appear in the film. Hsiao Ruping, who frequently appears in China Airlines corporate ads, mentioned that although she has had many filming experiences, acting in a major motion picture is a first for her, and she’s very excited. She is also a loyal fan of "The Fierce Wife" and is eagerly anticipating the film’s release. Acting alongside her idol Chris Wang has been an unforgettable experience.
