At the same time, Olga Noskovaa has also shared her little secret: she says that all you need to do is first decide on your desired shape, then mix sugar syrup, condensed milk, gelatin (also known as agar), along with cream and chocolate. Finally, remove any sauce residue and tiny air bubbles on the surface to achieve that perfect mirror-like finish.
