The Singapore Flyer, which opened in 2008, will be celebrating its fourth birthday this year. From now until May 31, 2012, visitors holding a tourist passport can enjoy a “Buy One Get One Free” deal on the Singapore Sling Flight Experience when purchasing tickets at the ticket counter. They will also receive priority boarding service and one Singapore Sling cocktail per person.

The towering observation wheel by the Marina Bay took four years to build, stands approximately 165 meters high with a wheel diameter of 150 meters—about the height of a 42-story building—and features 28 air-conditioned and UV-protected observation capsules, each accommodating up to 28 people. It takes about 30 minutes to complete one full rotation, making it the tallest Ferris wheel in the world to date. From the wheel, visitors can enjoy stunning views of Marina Bay and gaze as far as Malaysia.
