Beigang Chaotian Temple, commonly known as the Beigang Mazu Temple, is located at No. 178, Zhongshan Rd., Beigang Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan. After frying the ingredients until golden, they’re placed on top of warm rice along with pickled mustard greens, pickled radish, minced pork, and egg—all layered perfectly in one bowl.
