Currently in the peak season for enjoying the tung blossoms, Miaoli County’s “2012 Spring Tour of Mountain City 'Nonstop Performances'” cultural event will continue from April 27–28 and May 5–6. It is expected that over 40,000 visitors will flock to the Miaoli County Stadium each day. To ease surrounding traffic, shuttle buses will be available for passengers boarding at Kueishan Bridge, the Jingguo Road Parking Lot, and Miaoli Railway Station. Additionally, traffic control will be enforced around the stadium starting at 4:00 PM on event days to alleviate pedestrian and vehicle congestion during the events.

Shuttle buses are divided into two time slots: arrival and departure. The arrival shuttle service runs from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and includes the “Red Line” from Kueishan Bridge to Touwu Bridge, the “Blue Line” from Beishi Bridge to Touwu Bridge, and the “Orange Line” from Miaoli Veterans Hospital to Miaoli Railway Station. The departure shuttle service begins at 9:30 PM and continues until the crowd disperses. For the Red Line, passengers should wait at the intersection of Highway 562 Alley; for the Blue Line, at the 30-meter mark north of the Jingguo Road Parking Lot; and for the Orange Line, next to the bus stop at the entrance of Miaoli Veterans Hospital.
Traffic control will be in place from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM on April 27–28 and May 5–6. Drivers can park at the northern parking lot of Miaoli County Stadium, Old Jingguo Road, the Model Airport, or along the shoulders of both sides of Jingguo Road. Motorcycle riders may park on the red brick pedestrian path south of the intersection of Jingguo Road and Highway 562 Alley, as well as on the red brick pedestrian path north of the stadium’s northern parking lot.

The “2012 Spring Tour of Mountain City 'Nonstop Performances'” cultural event features the Belgian piano master Jean-François Maljean performing alongside Yoga Lin, Huang Xiaobo, Lollipop F, and others in the “Listen: Crossover Music Concert” on April 27–28, as well as the “Appreciate: Taiwanese-Japanese Folk Music Concert” with Kazuya Kamenashi and Van Fan from the movie “Cape No. 7.” On May 5–6, there will be the “Sing: Classic Concert” starring Jay Chou, Richie Jen, and Huang Pin-yuan, along with closing performances by Jolin Tsai, Evan Yo, Ko Yo-lun, Show Lo, and SIGMA in the “HIGH: Idol Dance and Sing Concert.” The public is advised to take advantage of the shuttle buses to save travel time.
