Taiwan had 2.15 million visitor arrivals to Hong Kong last year, with over 30% of overnight vacation travelers visiting more than six times. The Hong Kong Tourism Board has specially curated a new travel experience model, launching the new book & APP “Hong. Kong. Mo. ments.”. The book invites 20 celebrities from various fields to share their most touching moments in Hong Kong and generously recommend their hidden must-visit attractions—from traditional markets to trendy fashion shopping, from affordable local snacks to top-tier gourmet feasts, from refreshing natural landscapes to vibrant nightlife. The book features 140 celebrity-recommended attractions in Hong Kong, guiding readers through 12 different travel experiences in the city. Starting today, the “Hong. Kong. Mo. ments.” APP is also available for free download.

“Hong. Kong. Mo. ments.” features touching Hong Kong moments cherished by celebrities from various fields, including designers, architects, makeup artists, foodies, writers, artists, entertainers, TV hosts, popular bloggers, and illustrators. Food critic Hu Tianlan praises: “Hong Kong can be called the Eastern capital of cuisine.” Nature observer Liu Kexiang believes Hong Kong is: “a place where urban life and nature clash yet coexist harmoniously.” Meanwhile, the fireworks during Hong Kong festivals left illustrator No2good with unforgettable memories. The “Hong. Kong. Mo. ments.” travel book will be given away for free to the first 500 customers purchasing Hong Kong tour packages at the Taipei International Travel Fair, to be held on May 25 at Hall 1 of the Taipei World Trade Center. Consumers can also join the Facebook fan page “Hong Kong Together” (香港逗陣行), and by participating in Hot Deals promotions, they may have the chance to win a free copy of the new book. In addition to the physical book, to align with today’s mobile lifestyle where almost everyone owns a smartphone, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has also launched the “Hong. Kong. Mo. ments.” APP. Users with iPhones or iPads can search for the keyword “Hong Kong Moments” to download it for free. Not only can they browse celebrity-recommended touching moments and hidden attractions in Hong Kong at any time, but while traveling in Hong Kong, they can also use Google Maps to instantly find store locations, websites, and contact information—making it the most convenient travel companion.
