1. Taichung Civic Branch
The Civic Branch is the first drive-thru store located in the city center. Similar to McDonald's Drive-Thru, there is an external lane where customers can quickly pick up their orders. Its simple geometric triangular design is painted pure white, giving the exterior an artistic flair. The warm-toned interior features numerous artwork-like light fixtures that interweave to create an ambiance that makes visitors feel as though they are in a modern yet elegant art museum.

2. Longmen New Concept Store
Located in the Dongcheng district, the Longmen store features matte black ceilings and rose gold installations, creating a retro industrial style. As a special reserve store of Starbucks, it not only offers the highly popular Seiji Yamamoto series desserts but also exclusive reserve coffee. Additionally, it provides an exclusive pour-over coffee experience. With so many special features, it keeps drawing crowds.

3. Wanhua Lin Family Mansion Branch
The vintage-style Lin Family Mansion store is a renovated local historic residence that now serves as a Starbucks outlet. In addition to dining, the red brick walls often display information about the Lin Family Mansion’s history, making it feel like a small triangular historical museum. The Lin Family Mansion branch also incorporates local elements, offering exclusive mugs and several limited-edition desserts.

The former site of the Ye Jintu Historic House, Bao’an Branch’s most striking feature is its magnificent Baroque architecture. Meanwhile, the classic spiral staircase, vintage red bricks and tiles, crystal chandeliers, and Greek-style columns transport visitors back in time, offering a strong sense of history. Also a restored historic building, Huwei Branch was formerly a combined fire station during the Japanese colonial period. Though its exterior features unassuming old concrete walls, the interior is remarkably rich in heritage. It preserves a variety of artifacts from the Japanese era, including firefighting equipment, fire poles, and safes. The second floor hosts a Chengpin bookstore, where you can enjoy both the beauty of the historic structure and the aroma of coffee, while also immersing yourself in literary charm.

6. Art Vision Branch
The dark, trapezoid-shaped Art Vision Branch exudes a European style. The outdoor area features landscaped gardens, and upon entering through the glass doors, you’ll find multiple art paintings displayed on the walls. Its refined design makes this branch very eye-catching and a favorite among locals. The Iced Jade Green Tea is highly recommended by users as a must-try beverage.

7. Neihu Minquan Branch
Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, the Minquan Branch is Taiwan’s first green architecture café. The entire space is bright and airy, embodying a green and eco-friendly philosophy. Bicycle parking is available outside, and the transparent glass dining area in the central courtyard showcases the beauty of greenery. Compared to the previous Starbucks locations, the Lukang Branch has a more futuristic vibe. Its oval-shaped design makes the store look like a sports car dealership. The spacious interior includes large bamboo-woven light fixtures and gleaming printed beams. The addition of many white elements gives the branch an overall high-end feel.

Similar in appearance to the Civic Branch, the Xiaoyang Branch also features a minimalist polygonal design. Set against straight, withered tree trunks, drinking coffee in the outdoor garden feels like being abroad. The tall, airy interior design helps people relax, and the second floor offers an outdoor dining area where visitors can enjoy their coffee with a gentle breeze, making for a very pleasant experience.

Taiwan’s largest Starbucks is the Nantun Xiangxin Branch. Its pure white polygonal architectural design is highly eye-catching. The store is surrounded by large floor-to-ceiling windows that let sunlight stream in. The spacious dining area is a key highlight here.
