Since the start of summer, temperatures in Taipei have repeatedly hit record highs, making evening outings a popular choice for residents. The "Summer Nights in Xinbeitou" series, organized by Taipei City’s Department of Information and Tourism, will extend opening hours at Meiting, the Ketagalan Cultural Park, and the Beitou Hot Spring Museum to 8:00 PM every Saturday and Sunday. Not only are the visits free, but during the event period, each venue will also host special art exhibitions such as the Yu Youren Art & Culture Exhibition and performances like the Shamisen Show. Additionally, every Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 PM, the first 50 visitors at each venue who fill out a questionnaire will receive a special souvenir, and those who collect all the visit stamps will have a chance to win a hot spring bath voucher at a local hotel.
